Jealous boyfriend 'kills partner then turns himself in with her body on passenger seat'..

A jealous boyfriend allegedly killed his partner - then turned himself in at the police station with her body on his car passenger seat.
Winay Chatana, 40, allegedly beat Joy Klinchanto to death in a jealous rage when he saw her flirting with another man in Nonthaburi, Thailand.
Enraged Winay was said to have dragged her back to their shared apartment, where the couple were reportedly heard screaming as he rained punches and kicks on the paramour in a violent attempt to force a confession from her before they went to bed together.
But Winay woke to find Joy cold, stiff, and unresponsive when he tried to shake her awake to apologise on the morning of May 14.
He said he was wracked with guilt as he placed her lifeless corpse inside his Toyota Altis before turning himself in at Bang Bua Thong district station at 9:40 am local time.
CCTV footage shows police converging on Winay's grey sedan as he pulled into the station carpark.
They opened the car door, where Joy was found reclining in the front passenger seat as she was covered with a blue, yellow and pink blanket with only her legs exposed.
When officers pulled back the cover, they found her dressed in a grey short-sleeved T-shirt and pink shorts, with dark bruising around her eyes.
Police Colonel Thatsakorn Konthong said officers were alerted by Winay's wife Nok, 44, after he told her about Joy's death first.
He said: ‘The suspect argued with the victim over her affair before allegedly assaulting her by slapping, kicking, and punching her, which later caused her death.
'We will take him to the scene of the crime for a reenactment. We believe the motive was jealousy leading to unarmed physical assault.'
Winay reportedly confessed to the violent outburst, claiming he was jealous when he saw Joy flirting with a motorcycle taxi rider.
He said: ‘I saw them at a motorcycle taxi stand, hugging and touching each other's genitals playfully, so I know they weren't ordinary co-workers. I followed them and discovered they went to a hotel together.
‘I was furious at her because she kept denying it, even though I knew exactly where they went.
'I assaulted her with punches and kicks. I forced her to confess to having an affair with another man before we went to sleep together.
‘The next morning, I checked on her and found her body cold and unresponsive, as she had already died. I didn't mean to kill her. I only wanted to vent my anger.'
Winay's wife Nok said they have been married for two years, but were living separately because of the husband's infidelity.
She added: 'He often spent time with that woman. But this morning, I was shocked when he called to say he had accidentally killed her, and that he was driving to the station to surrender.
'I'm glad he admitted his guilt and didn't try to flee. All we can do now is let the law take its course.'
