A female driver was shocked when a rider threatened her with a long stick in a suspected road rage incident in Thailand.
Kru Kie, 30, was driving home after dinner with her friends when the motorist blocked her path and began hurling abuse on a busy road in Khon Kaen province, on March 26.
Footage shows the man, seen wearing a helmet and a face mask, brandishing a stick as he stormed over to Kru's car.
Fearing he was holding a spear gun, Kru swerved away and tried to leave but the rider then hit the side of her vehicle.
The suspect reportedly chased her along Chalerm Phrakiat Road, repeatedly striking the window as he pulled alongside her.
He then sped away at an intersection when he saw that his aggressive behaviour was being recorded.
Shaken Kru said: 'I am still confused and shocked by what happened. I am not a local here. I just had dinner with my friends before heading for Maha Sarakham province.
'This incident has left me uneasy and frightened.
'I want to warn other drivers to be careful, as they may experience similar danger on the road.'
She added that she will file a complaint at the Khon Kaen City Police Station to take legal action against the rider.
