American fugitive wanted by FBI for 'threatening women and children' arrested in Thailand..

An American fugitive wanted by the FBI for allegedly threatening women and children in the US was arrested in Thailand.
Joseph Frances Chinnock, 58, also known as Joseph Kelly, was arrested by police at a condominium in Chiang Mai, Thailand, on May 12.
He was wanted under a US arrest warrant for allegedly stalking and sexually harassing women and children, along with three counts of physical assault and three counts of stalking.
The United States embassy revoked his passport and coordinated with Thailand's Central Investigation Bureau to track him down.
Police Colonel Thawatchai Narinrat of the Immigration Bureau said Chinnock entered Thailand on a long-stay on March 23 before authorities requested the revocation.
The police chief said: 'We learned that he was staying in a condominium on Sukkhaksem Soi. We coordinated with Immigration Bureau 5 and the CIB to locate him.
'He was informed that his visa had been revoked before being transferred to the Chiang Mai Immigration Office. He is detained and awaiting transfer to the Immigration Bureau's Investigation Division.'
The Immigration Bureau said it has also compiled intelligence on tourists linked to organised crime networks and illegal human trafficking rings.
Investigations with Interpol were ongoing to identify and arrest suspects involved in transnational crime, the agency said.
